  • We accept online payments via Razorpay, a secure third-party payment gateway.

  • Prices for services are subject to change without prior notice, but any such changes will not affect services already purchased.

5. Razorpay Integration (Payment Gateway Terms)

By making a payment through Razorpay, you agree to the following:

  • Razorpay may collect certain personal and financial data necessary to process the transaction.

  • ConsultingEra is not liable for any payment processing issues, delays, or failed transactions that are due to Razorpay’s systems.

  • Any refund (if applicable) will be processed only through the original method of payment used via Razorpay.

6. Refund and Cancellation Policy

    • Service fees are communicated in writing before commencement of engagement.
    • Payments must be made as per agreed terms. Delay in payment may result in suspension of services.
    • Cancellation Policy: Once professional work has commenced, no cancellation or refund request shall be entertained. Any advance or full payment made towards services will be treated as non-refundable.
    • If a client wishes to cancel before work has started, we may (at our sole discretion) refund part of the fees, after deducting administrative or preliminary costs.

7. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during onboarding and service delivery.

  • Cooperate with our team by sharing necessary documentation on time.

  • Not use our platform for any unlawful or fraudulent activities.

8. Confidentiality

All client data and documents shared with us are treated as strictly confidential and are used only for the purpose of delivering the requested services.

9. Limitation of Liability

ConsultingEra will not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

  • Losses resulting from inaccurate data or non-cooperation by the client.

  • Any issues arising from third-party platforms like Razorpay or government portals.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services immediately, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms and Conditions or is harmful to other users or our operations.

11. Modifications

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our services implies your acceptance of any changes made.

12. Governing Law
