Service fees are communicated in writing
before commencement of engagement.
Payments must be made as per agreed terms.
Delay in payment may result in suspension of services.
Cancellation Policy: Once professional work has commenced, no
cancellation or refund request shall be entertained. Any advance or
full payment made towards services will be treated as non-refundable.
If a client wishes to cancel before
work has started, we may (at our sole discretion) refund part of the
fees, after deducting administrative or preliminary costs.
